1. Agreement to Terms

If you purchase any services from us, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. We may use a third-party payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the Payment Processor makes even if it has already requested or received payment. All payments shall be in the currency specified at the time of purchase. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in writing by us.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and Trivedi Global Solutions agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or use of the Site.
